Return Policy

shopsheilafajl.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase.  Item must be returned in “like new” and saleable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

For your security, please return your jewelry with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) and retain your receipt with your tracking number. shopsheilafajl is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

To obtain a Return Authorization please contact customer service. 1-800-979-FAJL (3255) Monday – Friday 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. PT. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization # and instructions for shipping.

Shipping Policy

Shopsheilafajl.com ships through FedEx. We offer free ground shipping for purchases $100 and over (pre-tax) to addresses within the continental United States. shopsheilafajl.com will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We also ship FedEx International Economy to Canada. For any other international orders please contact Customer Service.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped 2 day or Overnight. Prices determined at checkout.

** Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. Deliveries are from Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

Repair Policy

We will try and repair any product purchased through shopsheilafajl.com. Please email shop@sheilafajl.com for instructions on handling repairs. Please include your name, order number, telephone number and a description of what needs to be repaired. Items that are damaged, not due to a defect in manufacturing, may be subject to a repair charge to be determined once the item is received and examined by one of our repair specialists. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Shopsheilafajl.com is not responsible for items returned for repair that are lost or damaged in transit. Sheila Fajl items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
