Return Policy

Please visit us at to have your return processed. will accept items for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in “like new” and sellable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. Gifts exchanged for an item of lesser value qualify the user to a code of equivalent value to be used solely on the online site. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

For your security, please return your jewelry with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) and retain your receipt with your tracking number. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Policy ships through UPS and USPS. We offer free Domestic Standard Shipping for purchases $80 and over (pre-tax) to addresses within the continental United States. will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. For any other international orders please contact Customer Service.

We charge our UPS Domestic rates with a 50 cent handling fee on all other modes of shipping.

**Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

International Shipping Rates

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Sheila Fajl Designs and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Repair Policy

We will try and repair any product purchased through Please email for instructions on handling repairs. Please include your name, order number, telephone number and a description of what needs to be repaired, attach an image to expedite this process. Items that are damaged, not due to a defect in manufacturing, may be subject to a repair charge (to be determined once the item is received and examined by one of our repair specialists). All repairs are subject to shipping charges. is not responsible for items returned for repair that are lost or damaged in transit. Sheila Fajl items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
