Shipping Policy
shopsheilafajl.com will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. For international orders please contact Customer Service.
For orders $1000 and under:
$12 Ground
$22 2-Day
$32 Overnight
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped 2 day.
** Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. Delivers are from Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

* Alaska,Hawaii, and Canada orders will be charged and shipped 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested.
Repair Policy
We will try and repair any product purchased through Shopsheilafajl.com. Sheila Fajl Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact Customer Service for instructions.
